Cancellation Policy: No cancellations will be accepted.
Park City pick-up locations: The shuttle picks up at most easily accessible lower Park City hotels and private residences, as well as hotels at Kimball Junction itself. Please call or email, or use the Chat feature on this page, for additional information on whether we can pick you up at your location. The shuttle can also stop at the Pinebrook/Jeremy Ranch exit from I80, near the Jeremy Store.
Salt Lake pick up locations: The vehicle will pick up at all major downtown hotels, plus some airport hotels which are located to the east of the airport. For the Alta and Snowbird shuttles, there are also pick-ups at hotels close to the Interstate 15 off ramps between downtown and 5300 South. Please call 801 467 8687 x 13 or email to be sure.
The vehicles start picking up at about 7.30 a.m. The return trip departs the various ski areas at about 4.15 p.m.
Private transportation to the resorts is also available. Ski and snowboard transportation to Brighton, Solitude and Snowbasin is only available as private transportation.
Vehicles could be any of a mini bus, executive van, minivan or SUV.
On snow days, the shuttles may be cancelled at our discretion. If this happens, you will get a full refund. If we cancel the shuttle from Salt Lake to Alta and Snowbird, you may be able to go to Park City or Deer Valley instead. In adverse conditions, there is more chance of being able to get to the Park City area.
Alternatively, from Park City we may give you the option of taking our shuttle from Park City to a Utah Transit Authority (UTA) bus. The UTA bus will take you up the canyon to Alta and Snowbird. The cost of the bus is included in the ticket price. On the way back, we will pick you up from where the UTA bus drops you off.
